A warning, 2021’s goals were more like a page of notes that I picked out things from to make some sort of goals for the year. I re-wrote them in my 3-month check in, so it might be better to head there.
Q1 - 3 Month check in
Goals for 2021
- Weeknotes for 52 weeks
- Run less, but sustain overall health
- Because I'm running the same routes all the time as a way to de-stress, it's not really working to de-stress, and it takes up a lot of time.
- Run with people more. Run new routes. Run for fun again. (Which is why I've set up Vayg.run with two friends, more on that later in the year)
- Without commuting I've stopped riding. Riding my bike used to be life. So, I'm gonna get back into that.
- Proactively focus on mental health
- Reduce social media consumption (but still document creativity) and consumption of content that I haven't proactively found
- Spend time trying to silence over-worry, something I've identified reduces my efficiency
- New experiences help me mentally, find time for more of these.
Actually become better at leadership.
Don’t lose touch with design.

Reduce focus on other things, just get them the fuck done.
